I’m Chari Pitts—a baker turned award-winning cake artist. What began as a passion project, baking for friends and family, quickly became a full-time culinary adventure. Born in Miami, Florida, I love sharing sweets inspired by my Cuban heritage—like our signature Panetela Borracha and traditional pastries—alongside decadent custom favorites like Chocolate Biscoff Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake Cake, artisan sourdough loaves, and fresh bagels.
After five years as a traditional walk-in bakery, I shifted to an appointment-only model to focus on what I love most: teaching, hosting creative events, and designing one-of-a-kind cakes. Today, the studio is a vibrant creative space where we bring people together for hands-on cake and cupcake decorating classes, birthday parties, team-building sessions, and couples’ nights out.
